How much does catering cost in Delhi? +
Packaged meals start from ₹299 per person (minimum 10 people). Menu packages start from ₹1,500 per person, food only (minimum 30 guests): Silver ₹1,500, Gold ₹2,000, Platinum ₹2,500. Delivery and GST are extra. Use the order form or the package builder to see your price.
How early should I book a caterer? +
For weddings and large events, 4-8 weeks ahead gives you the best menu and date availability. For birthdays and smaller house parties, a week or two is usually enough — though we can often accommodate shorter notice.
Do you provide serving staff and crockery? +
Yes. Serving staff, a bartender, and full crockery, cutlery and buffet setup can all be arranged for your event. These are offered as add-ons at a nominal additional cost, depending on your guest count and venue — just let us know what you need and we'll include it in your quote.
Can I customize the menu? +
Yes — every menu is built around your guest list, cuisine preferences, budget and any dietary needs, including Jain and allergy-specific requests.
What's the difference between buffet and plated catering? +
Buffet service lets guests choose and re-serve themselves and suits larger, casual gatherings. Plated service is served directly to seated guests and suits smaller, more formal events. We can also mix both.
Do you cater for small gatherings (10 to 29 people)? +
Yes — small gatherings of 10 to 29 guests are catered regularly across Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida, with menus and pricing scaled to fit smaller groups. See small party catering.
